At Delice et Chocolat, our mission is simple: to bring authentic French flavors and heartfelt hospitality to our community. We are committed to using the highest-quality ingredients, honoring classic French technique, and creating a space where guests feel welcomed, cared for, and inspired to slow down and savor the moment.

Our Story

Delice et Chocolat is a family-owned pastry shop founded by brothers Joseph and Antonie Amrani. The café is rooted in their shared heritage and passion for French culinary tradition. Hailing from Grenoble, France, they combine decades of experience in both business and the culinary arts to create a truly authentic experience from buttery pain au chocolat to perfectly pressed croque monsieur.

Joseph brings over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, while Antonie honed his craft at the prestigious École Ritz Escoffier culinary school in Paris. Together, their talents shape every detail of the Delice experience, one that keeps guests coming back for seconds.

Delice is truly a family endeavor. Joseph’s son, Nicholas Amrani, is the COO, helping with everyday operations and spreading the word about Delice to ensure it is enjoyed with the wider community.

Our Space

Our Ardmore café is housed in a building that formerly operated as a tailor shop for 75 years. Today, it has been thoughtfully transformed into a lively, sun-filled space where guests can gather for breakfast, lunch, dessert, or a mid-day treat.

 

Our Wayne location offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere in the heart of the community. With its refined yet comfortable ambiance, it serves as both a daily destination for coffee and conversation and a lovely space for small events, showers, and private gatherings. Like Ardmore, Wayne reflects the spirit of Delice, elegant, inviting, and centered around bringing people together.

Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning coffee or celebrating with friends over cake and champagne, Delice is designed to feel warm, welcoming, and full of life.
